After Udta Punjab and Phillauri, Diljit Dosanjh is going to be seen playing the role of hockey player Sandeep Singh in the upcoming biopic Soorma. The film tells the story of Singh, a professional hockey player and former captain of the Indian national team.

The trailer starts with introducing Diljit Dosanjh who falls in love with Taapsee in the movie. When her brother gets to know about it, he challenges Dosanjh to play hockey for India. Diljit willingly takes up the challenge with an intention of getting married to Taapsee.

He is brilliant at the sport and becomes famous in no time. However, an unfortunate injury takes place, and he gets paralyzed. While everyone gives up on him, he doesn't. Soorma is a story based on true events on how hockey player Sandeep Singh, fighting all odds, overcomes every battle, get gets up on his feet only to soar higher. Watch the trailer of Soorma here:

Singh was seriously injured after hit by an accidental gunshot in a train in 2006 but he did not give up and continued playing.슬롯 머신 사이트 추천In the film, Diljit will also be seen on a wheelchair as this was the time when Singh was shot in the back and was recovering.
